Terms and Conditions
All orders are shipped within 24-72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). We will contact you if there is a delay in shipping time.
We use Canada Post and USPS to ship all orders except when local pickup is selected.
A tracking number will be emailed after your order has shipped.
If a product goes on back order we will ship your order immediately after the product is back in stock, we will let you know if this happens.
If the customer’s address is incorrect due to our fault, we will reship the items at our cost. If the address is incomplete or incorrect due to the customer's error then the customer has the choice of returning the items and receiving a refund minus the cost of shipping the items back to us, or the customer can have the order reshipped at full cost of the original order.
Returns are not accepted however if you receive a product that is not up to performance standard then let us know by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will make arrangements to make it right.
We take your privacy seriously and will take measures to protect your personal information.
We only collect necessary information related to your order, this includes name, shipping and billing address, email address and payment information (credit card / debit). This information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your credit card and debit data.
